Vegetarian Cooking Class

We are delighted to announce that we are running our next Vegetarian Cooking Day on

Saturday 13th of January.

Our vegetarian cooking days demonstrates how to make some of everyone’s favourite dishes in a healthy, fresh, vegan way, without compromising on the flavours. Everything will be made from scratch, using simple and basic vegan ingredients. We wish to show that it is possible to enjoy a delicious vegan meal that all the family will enjoy, made in a light and joyful way.

Because we so often get asked about the tasty lunches we prepares for yoga retreat days, we decided to offer classes to share our love and knowledge of healthy vegetarian food and cooking. Every few months we open up the well-stocked cupboards in our kitchen to explore the ingredients we use and explain our knowledge and experience of flavoursome, nutritious food.

On our vegetarian cooking days, we demonstrate the basic skills of how to mix different ingredients and blend spices to bring out the optimum flavour in a variety of meals, side dishes and even healthy dessert options. We use vegetables from our own organic garden and local Farmers Markets, and grains, pulses and spices that are easily obtained from local health stores.
