The Healing Science of Panchakarma
Panchakarma is the Ayurvedic process of detoxification, purification, and rejuvenation designed to cleanse the body, mind, and consciousness.
Based on Ayurvedic principles, treatments are tailored to each individual according to their constitution (dosha) and current imbalances.
The programme includes preparatory treatments, cleansing therapies, herbal medicines, oil therapies, steam treatments, and supportive practices designed to restore balance and vitality.
What is Ayurveda
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, originating in India more than 5,000 years ago.
The word Ayurveda translates as “The Science of Life” and is rooted in balancing the body, mind, and spirit through lifestyle, food, herbal medicine, yoga, and natural therapies.
The retreat offers an immersive opportunity to experience Ayurveda as a living healing tradition through daily treatments, food, consultations, and yogic practices.
