There will be a focus on Yoga Nidra guided relaxation as an offering of deep rest to the body,mind and soul.10.00 Morning practice
We will start the day with yoga nidra gently arriving into the space followed by a gentle Hatha Yoga Practice, This will be followed with a pranayama practice to balance the solar and lunar energies within. The class will finish with chanting the Bija Mantras for the chakras and a seated meditation12.30pm Lunch
Lunch will be cooked with love using Ayurvedic Medicinal Recipes, All food served is organic,vegan and gluten free.2.00pm Afternoon Practice
We will start the afternoon practice with yoga nidra afterwards a period of silence will be held and time for jouraling or drawing.
The day will end with a gentle yin yoga practice and closing Yoga Nidra.4pm finish

The intention of our work at Earthwise Yoga is to create a space where people can feel supported whilst they take time out of daily life- and take some time to rest and rejuvenate.
Our Yoga days and weekend retreats here at Earthwise Yoga have become an excellent Yoga immersion for those who want to deepen their existing practice and for those who might not be able to commit to a regular class.
We serve a delicious organic vegetarian lunch, with lots of produce from our own organic garden.
