Shakti is a Yogini, Ritual Dancer, Womb Yoga Teacher, Light Language Healer, Bodyworker, Sacred Feminine Facilitator and Yoga Teacher Trainer.

She is the founder of Earthwise Yoga.

Shakti’s life path has been filled with discovering mystical teachings from many gifted teachers. As a deep seeker she has uncovered many treasures along her journey and is passionate in offering those looking to embrace deep inner work a safe space to gently unveil their inherent gifts and personal medicine.

Her passion for offering transformational trainings is infused with love and respect for each individual who chooses to walk this path. Shakti is a gifted teacher and facilitator who offers great care and attention in guiding  people within an inward journey to connect with the bodies intelligence and the richness that lies within.

She has a deep respect for the transformative potential of Yoga & Ayurveda and has been practicing and integrating these ancient teachings for over 14 years and in the past 7 years has immersed herself in the Sacred Feminine Mysteries, Connecting with Goddess Spirituality through Nature Connection, Herbalism, Ritual Dance, Yoga, Womb Healing & Sacred Ceremonial Space.

Shakti is a 500 hour registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals.


Sarah Fox has an Advanced Yoga Teaching qualification (500hr Yoga Alliance certification), is a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, uses scientific strength and conditioning techniques to inform the integrity of traditional Yoga Asana and is a certified Yoga Nidra teacher and Mindfulness teacher. She has been teaching yoga since 2010. Sarah teaches many styles of Yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. Since she qualified as a ‘FRC Movement Specialist’ her yoga style is informed by the modern scientific approach in movement and training called Functional Range Conditioning. She has a keen interest in the nitty-gritty science of Yoga, including Anatomy and Physiology and the more spiritual esoteric theory, such as Subtle Anatomy. Currently she lectures Asana, Nutrition and Lifestyle, Subtle Anatomy and Meditation with Yoga Teacher Trainings all over Ireland. Sarah believes that Yoga is beneficial for everyone and that the benefits of the practice, including harmony, mindfulness, equanimity, peace and balance, will seep in to every aspect of your life. Rachel Collins trained as an Ayurvedic and Lifestyle Therapist with the European Institute of Vedic Studies under Vaidya Atreya Smith. She received a certificate of Advanced Clinical Study in Ayurveda from the Vinayak Ayurveda and Panchakarma Research Foundation in Nagpur, India in 2011. Rachel made several return trips to Nagpur to further her training in Ayurvedic treatments, including a four week internship assisting with Panchakarma. Rachel’s primary interest in Ayurveda has always been woman’s health and to expand in this, she completed “Healthier Hormones” course with Dr. Claudia Welch. Following completion of this course, she successfully completed a Mentorship program with Dr. Welch to further expand her studies on woman’s health. Rachel is delighted to continue her studies with Dr. Welch and offers an unique woman’s health program at Anadi.
She is a qualified RYS 200 yoga teacher who completed teacher training with John Scott Yoga. Rachel taught Yoga for 12 years and is the first yoga teacher in the SouthEast to qualify in Ayurveda. Rachel is also the first Yoga teacher to implement an Ayurvedic program offering consultations, treatments, and Ayurvedic oils in the SouthEast. Rachel has over 15 years of experience working with clients, teaching, and facilitating group work.
Along with her Ayurveda and Yoga professional training, Rachel is a gifted intuitive and mystic, and brings these abilities to her Ayurvedic practice. She developed two unique methods of diagnosis, Chakra Diagnosis and Vaya Diagnosis as part of her Anadi Ayurveda program based on her unique ability to see both Chakras and Vayus. Rachel has the ability to see the root cause of the disturbance of the Doshas and thus her recommendations often include addressing the client’s energy body, going beyond standard Ayurvedic protocols. Fiona Hughes – Bellydance Teacher -Goddess Rising Teacher Training

Fiona developed a deep interest in Goddess Spirituality, ritual, and the Divine Feminine over
20 years ago. At this time, she immersed herself in the sacred art of belly dance as a means
to express and connect with Goddess energy, later teaching regular classes and workshops
to women of all ages.
Her teaching promotes greater connection to self, sisterhood and the divine feminine above
technical accuracy or accomplishment.
“Belly dance is a profound spiritual practice which reconnects me with my essence as a
woman. It has been an ongoing source of support to me through many life stages including
recently transitioning through menopause.”
A professional psychotherapist and yoga teacher/practitioner, Fiona is passionate about
integrating the paths of yoga, movement and psychology.
She works extensively with survivors of sexual abuse, has a special interest in women’s
issues and women’s health and has many years of experience working with women and
women’s groups.
